Control Monitoring & Testing Automation- Wealth Lead (C13)

You will be the Control Monitoring & Testing Automation- Wealth Lead (C13) at Citi, responsible for leading a team of Automation Analysts in transitioning from manual to automated testing of controls in the Wealth business. Your role involves providing thought leadership in technical design, development of automation solutions, and overseeing automation requests throughout the deployment lifecycle. - Lead end-to-end delivery of control monitoring & testing automation tools for Wealth businesses, managing the development life cycle from requirement management to implementation. - Act as a technical subject matter expert in tools and capabilities for deploying automated control monitoring & testing solutions such as SAS, SQL, Python development, and low-code automation tools. - Oversee the control Monitoring & testing automation pipeline, escalate roadblocks, and forecast work effort. - Develop data analytics strategies to support business objectives and drive decision-making processes. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics to enhance processes and methodologies. - 12+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and/or automation, with 5+ years of direct management experience. - Expertise in software development and automation tools like SAS, SQL, Python, PySpark, Hive, Altryx, and programming languages. - Strong knowledge in Wealth (CG/CPC, CPB, WaW) Domain with over 2+ years of experience. - Familiarity with source systems such as DWH, EAP, Attestation, OSP1, etc. - Effective communication, written and presentation skills. - Excellent people and relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate. - Proven record of achievement in leading analytical teams and continuous improvement. - Ability to anticipate changes, work under pressure, and manage deadlines effectively. - Bachelor/Masters degree in information systems/technology/Statistics/ Mathematics/Computer Sciences/ Engineering, or related quantitative field from a premier institute.,
