Roles and Responsibilities 1.Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts Confidential, Joint Venture, Consortium, Service provider agreements. 2.Sound knowledge in FIDIC Contracts, NHAI Contracts, NPCIL Contracts, CPWD Contracts. 3.Experience in operations with good understanding of infrastructure works 4.Identification and monitoring of Project risks and opportunities in a timely manner. 5.Drafting of Contractual communications/project correspondences. 6.Ensuring timely notices for various issues arising at site pertaining to Extension of time, variations, settlement of disputes. 7.Handling of Delay and Disruption claims. 8.Must have knowledge in Indian Arbitration Act 1996(Amended on 2015 & 2019) and Indian Contract Act 1872. 9.Experience in Dispute resolution processes such as DAB, DRC, Conciliation, Mediation, Amicable settlement (Preferred) 10.Knowledge in project scheduling, EoT / Delay analysis and programming software like primavera and MSP. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in contract engineering or a related field. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or M.Tech degree from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of highway construction methods, materials science, and industry standards. Preferred Experience in Highway/National Highway Infrastructure projects.
