Role & responsibilities Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate potential vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Establish and maintain a robust vendor qualification and selection process. Negotiate vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor vendor performance, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations. Resolve vendor disputes and address performance issues. Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and implement improvement plans. Contract Management: Implement standardized contract management processes and procedures. Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Ensure contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal teams to resolve contractual issues and mitigate risks. Monitor contract performance, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Facilitate contract amendments, extensions, and terminations as needed. Procurement Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices for procurement processes. Analyze market trends and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers. Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and negotiate favorable terms. Oversee the procurement of goods, services, and equipment required for real estate projects. Collaborate with project managers to understand procurement needs and timelines. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Extensive experience in contract management and procurement within the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts and procurement. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage complex contracts and vendor relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in contract management software and procurement tools. Familiarity with real estate development processes and project management. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
