Job Description

1. Preparing contractual and legal document to execute all contracts including EPC contracts, equipment / package procurement contracts, construction contracts, amendments etc. 2. Risk assessment of EPC contracts, equipment / package procurement contracts, construction contracts and suggest risk mitigation strategies. 3. Develop specific standards for bidding, contract negotiations and document management by ensuring legal compliance with relevant laws of the country. 4. Draft contractual provisions based on strategy discussions and organizational needs and expectations. 5. Providing support to all project authorities, including presentation and arguments on claims during subcontract handling, coordinating with client, consultant and supplier. 6. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by both parties and identify issues as well as suggest resolutions. 7. Actively support procurement department in negotiating contracts with vendors and claims management and resolution. 8. Finalizing and assisting in negotiations of contracts with PMC, EPC Contractor and other parties. 9. Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms. 10. Preparation of response and handling of Contractual proceedings and litigation arise from the contracts.
