Experience Required- 2 to 4 Years Key Responsibilities: Contract Lifecycle Management: Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and meet company standards. Negotiation: Negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders. Execution: Overseeing the execution of contracts, ensuring all parties adhere to the terms. Compliance: Ensuring contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records of all contracts and related documentation. Stakeholder Management: Communication: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract-related matters. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, clients, and other parties involved in contracts. Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other departments, such as legal, procurement, and finance, to ensure smooth contract execution. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring Contract Performance: Monitoring contract performance and ensuring that all parties are meeting their obligations. Reporting: Preparing reports and providing updates on contract status to management. Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving contract-related issues and disputes. Other Responsibilities: Contract Analysis: Analysing contracts to identify areas for improvement and cost savings. Contract Template Development: Developing and maintaining contract templates to ensure consistency and efficiency. Contract Management Systems: Implementing and managing contract management systems. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Negotiation Skills: The ability to effectively negotiate contract terms and conditions. Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify potential errors or issues in contracts. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve contract-related issues and disputes. Knowledge of Contract Law: A good understanding of contract law and legal principles. Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively. Experience with Contract Management Systems: Experience with using contract management software is a plus.
