Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Continental Kitchen Expert with 6-10 years of experience to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including chefs, line cooks, and dish assistants.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as front-of-house and storage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
