Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Continental Commi - II to join our team at Pushkara Sarovar Portico. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Ensure all food products are stored properly and used within their expiration dates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving any issues.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Continental Commi - II or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
