Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Continental Chef to join our team at Zodiac HR & Training, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance culinary offerings.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to menu development.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
