Job Title: Pizza Chef

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a wide variety of pizzas, from traditional Neapolitan-style to modern artisanal creations. You will be responsible for prepping ingredients, making dough, assembling pizzas, managing the oven, and ensuring every pizza meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh pizza dough and sauces daily
• Assemble pizzas with various toppings according to recipes and customer preferences
• Operate wood-fired, stone, or deck ovens with precision
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure even cooking
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and work area as per food safety standards
• Ensure portion control and minimize food waste
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during peak hours
• Maintain inventory of pizza ingredients and assist in ordering stock
• Innovate and suggest new pizza recipes or specials
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards consistently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a QSR or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of pizza dough fermentation, shaping, and baking techniques
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, ovens, and food safety standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Culinary degree or certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Creativity in developing new pizza styles
• Experience with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian toppings
• Time management and multi-tasking under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
