Role Overview:

We are seeking a fun loving and enthusiastic Content & Communications Executive to work with a leading Media agency in Pune!

The ideal candidate will have the ability to produce long-form articles, thought-leadership pieces, and marketing copy that resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit high-quality content for websites, blogs, newsletters, press releases, whitepapers, and social media.
• Conduct interviews and gather information from subject-matter experts, stakeholders, and industry sources.
• Develop story ideas and pitch creative concepts aligned with business goals.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and editorial integrity in all content produced.
• Adapt content for multiple formats (print, digital, social) while maintaining a consistent tone and style.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to create integrated content strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging digital content formats.
• Manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or related field.
• 0-2 years of professional writing/editing experience, preferably in media houses, digital agencies, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to write engaging, factual, and reader-friendly content.
• Proficiency in AP Style or other editorial style guides.
• Excellent research skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization techniques.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience in business journalism, lifestyle writing, or corporate content creation.
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
• Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure content performance.
