About the Role-

We are looking for a skilled Content Editor & Team Lead to oversee our content team and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of blogs. The ideal candidate will not only have exceptional Writing skills but also the ability to lead, coordinate, and streamline the team's efforts to meet deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead and manage the content team to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with client expectations.
• Edit, proofread, and refine all blogs to maintain a high Content standard.
• Ensure content is accurate, compliant, well-structured, and aligned with the client's tone and insurance-specific guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve the overall quality of writing in insurance topics.
• Handle last-minute requirements and ensure the team adapts quickly.

Requirements-

• Proven experience as a Content Editor / Senior Content Writer / Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail, especially in insurance-related content.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
