This is an exciting opportunity to craft compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand authority, and generates leads. Key Responsibilities - Content Creation: - Write high-quality, original, and engaging content for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website pages, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and more. - Develop technical content that resonates with CIOs, CTOs, IT managers, and other decision-makers in enterprise environments. - Translate complex IT concepts (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, DevOps, managed services, digital transformation) into clear, accessible language. - Content Strategy: - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop content plans aligned with business goals and target audience needs. - Conduct content gap analyses and competitor research to identify opportunities for new topics and formats. - SEO Optimization: - Optimize content for search engines using relevant keywords and best SEO practices. - Work with SEO specialists to drive organic traffic and improve SERP rankings. - Editing & Proofreading: - Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines. - Ensure all content is factually accurate and free of grammatical or typographical errors. - Research: - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT services. - Interview subject matter experts and use credible sources to enrich content. Requirements Experience: - 2-7 years of professional writing experience in B2B IT services, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team. Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong understanding of the B2B IT landscape and buyer personas. - Proficiency in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and content collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello). - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. - Education: - Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Nice to Have - Experience in writing for SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, or digital transformation. - Knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics). - Familiarity with AP style or other editorial standards.
