As a Content & Social Media Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our digital presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing content and social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engage our audience effectively. - Creating original written and visual content for various social media platforms such as posts, infographics, carousels, and short-form videos. - Planning, scheduling, and managing content calendars across multiple platforms in line with our communication objectives. - Leading campaign execution from concept to delivery, involving tasks like scriptwriting, graphic designing, and basic video editing. - Rewriting and optimizing website content to maintain brand tone and support our messaging and goals. - Providing consultation on social media best practices and external communication strategies to enhance our digital outreach. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in content creation and social media management. - Proficiency in tools like Canva or similar platforms for designing social content. - Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills. - Creative thinking coupled with a strategic mindset. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within set deadlines. - Deep understanding of social media trends and techniques for engaging with audiences effectively. Bonus skills that would be beneficial for this role include experience in video editing or motion design, as well as prior work on campaigns or branding projects.
