About the Role

Content Writer

ad copy frameworks like PAS (Problem–Agitate–Solution)

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads & Performance Copywriting

  • Write

    high-converting Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad scripts

    for video ads (shorts, reels, UGC, VSL, etc.).
  • Use proven frameworks like

    PAS, AIDA, Hook–Story–Offer

    , etc.
  • Create

    multiple variations of hooks, angles, and CTAs

    for A/B testing.
  • Write

    short, punchy copy

    for:
  • Static ads
  • Carousel ads
  • Offer banners & retargeting ads


2. SEO-Friendly Blogs & Website Content

  • Plan and write

    SEO-friendly blog articles

    based on given keywords & topics.
  • Structure blogs with

    clear headings, internal links, and on-page SEO basics

    .
  • Write landing page copy that is both

    conversion-focused and search-friendly

    .


3. YouTube & Video Scripts

  • Write

    YouTube video scripts

    (educational, storytelling, or sales-focused).
  • Draft

    hooks, intros, body flow, CTAs

    , and closing lines in a natural, conversational tone.
  • Adapt scripts for different formats:

    long-form, shorts, reels

    .


4. Social Media Content (Static & Carousel)

  • Write

    captions, headlines, and on-image copy

    for static creatives and carousels.
  • Convert one idea into

    multiple posts/content formats

    .
  • Work closely with the design team to give

    clear copy directions for creatives

    .

5. Content Strategy & Calendars


  • Help plan and maintain

    monthly social media content calendars

    .
  • Align content with

    campaigns, launches, offers, and seasonal events/festivals

    .
  • Brainstorm

    new content ideas, hooks, and series

    with the marketing team.


Requirements

  • 6 months - 1 year

    of experience in

    copywriting/content writing

    for performance marketing / digital brands.


  • Proven experience in:


  • Writing

    Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad copy and scripts

  • SEO-friendly blogs

  • YouTube/video scripts

  • Social media

    static + carousel copy

  • Strong command over

    English

    ; comfort with

    simple Hindi / Hinglish tone

    is a big plus.
  • Solid understanding of frameworks like

    PAS, AIDA, Problem–Solution, Hook-based copy, etc.

  • Ability to write

    clear, emotional, benefit-driven, and conversion-focused copy

    .
  • Basic understanding of

    SEO

    (keywords, headings, meta descriptions, intent).
  • Comfortable working with designers, media buyers, and founders in a

    fast-paced environment

    .


Good to Have

  • Knowledge/interest in

    astrology, spirituality, Vedic concepts, or gemstones

    .
  • Experience writing for

    Indian audiences

    in

    Hinglish

    .
  • Prior work with

    D2C brands, education, or high-ticket services

    .
  • Ability to analyze

    ad performance data (CTR, CPC, conversions)

    and tweak copy based on insights (with support from the performance team).
