Ø Job Description

We are looking for a talented Content Writer / Copywriter to craft engaging, persuasive, and high-quality content for our real estate projects and marketing activities.

The role involves writing creative copies for digital and print media, building strong brand communication, and supporting our sales & marketing teams with impact ful content.

Ø Key Responsibilities

1) Write compelling and informative content for project brochures, leaflets, ads, hoardings, print campaigns, and branding materials.

2) Develop digital content for social media posts, website pages, blogs, e-mailers, SMS campaigns, and WhatsApp creatives.

3) Create persuasive sales-oriented copy highlighting project features, locations, amenities, and benefits.

4) Draft taglines, headlines, slogans, and campaign concepts for marketing activities.

5) Prepare scripts for videos, reels, walkthroughs, and promotional storytelling.

6) Proofread, edit, and ensure brand consistency across all communication.

7) Coordinate with the graphic design and marketing teams to align messaging with visuals.

8)Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and localities to support accurate content creation.

9) Draft corporate communication, announcements, event content, press notes, internal communication, etc.

10) Any other work, task, design requirement or responsibility as may be assigned by the management or higher authorities from time to time.

Ø Qualifications & Skills

A. Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or relevant field.

B. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content writing or copywriting. Experience in real estate or advertising agencies will be a strong advantage.

C. Skills:

1. Excellent writing skills in English (Marathi/Hindi knowledge is an added advantage).

2. Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and marketing-oriented writing style.

3. Ability to simplify complex real estate information into easy, engaging content.

4. Good understanding of social media content formats and trends.

5. Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on multiple assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
