B2B SaaS Content Writer

Product Marketing, Design, and Demand Generation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality

    B2B marketing content

    – blogs, white papers, case studies, website copy, and email campaigns.
  • Create content that aligns with

    U.S. audience tone

    – clear, concise, and business-driven.
  • Work from content briefs and ensure

    keyword integration

    and message consistency.
  • Research complex

    enterprise or SaaS topics

    and simplify them into engaging narratives.
  • Contribute to content strategy across

    TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU

    stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, and external agencies (like RippleDart).
  • Maintain high editorial standards — logical flow, strong grammar, and professional tone.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 3–6 years

    of professional writing experience in

    B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech / AI / Automation.

  • Proven ability to write for

    U.S. business audiences.

  • Portfolio with at least

    two strong business/marketing samples

    (blogs, case studies, white papers).
  • Familiarity with

    SEO basics

    – keyword research, metadata, and structured writing.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Marketing and Design teams.
  • Excellent

    English writing, editing, and grammar

    skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in

    AI, automation, contact center, or BPO

    content.
  • Understanding of

    marketing funnels and conversion copywriting.

  • Experience interviewing subject matter experts or customers.
  • Working knowledge of

    HubSpot or similar CMS tools.

  • Exposure to

    U.S.-based SaaS brands

    (freelance or full-time).

  • Website copy should achieve
