Role & responsibilities Create and develop written and video content for various marketing channels such as social media, e-commerce, print, packaging design, product and explainer videos, and other visual and written material Brainstorm and pitch ideas for creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience Write clear, concise and engaging copy for a range of platforms, including but not limited to social media posts, email newsletters, blog articles, and more Collaborate with our design team to create visually stunning content that aligns with our brand image Ensure consistency of brand voice and tone across all channels Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing, social media, and digital advertising Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Writing and proofreading creative copy Preferred candidate profile Key Skills and Attitude Required Excellent written skills in both English and Hindi Ability to conceptualize and execute content ideas Familiarity with video production and visual design Experience in writing copy for social media, ecommerce, and advertising campaigns Highly creative with a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong time-management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Knowledge of camera/audio recording is a plus. Experience 2+ years of experience in content creation/video production/ advertising
