Job Title: Content Strategist

Location: Location Close to MG Road Metro Station
Department: Content / Marketing
Experience: 1+ years of experience in content strategy, creation, and marketing (preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Content Strategist who can bridge creativity and strategy to plan, develop, and manage impactful content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping content direction, ensuring consistency in brand voice, and driving engagement through well-structured content plans that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
  • Plan and oversee content calendars for social media, websites, blogs, and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct content audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and content gaps.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and social media teams to create engaging, on-brand content.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling across all communication channels.
  • Analyze content performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, social media developments, and audience insights to bring data-driven creativity into content planning.
  • Support campaign ideation and ensure that all content initiatives drive measurable business results.
  • Guide and mentor the content team to maintain high-quality standards and innovative output.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital communications.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing content strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media content dynamics.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to translate business goals into clear, creative, and actionable content plans.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or brand marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of content performance analysis, user journey mapping, and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and automation platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
