• Develop and implement content strategies tailored to each client’s brand goals and digital marketing objectives.
• Plan monthly social media calendars, including themes, campaign ideas, and content pillars.
• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of content and consistent communication.
• Collaborate with design, performance, and copy teams to produce high-quality content assets.
• Analyse content performance, derive insights, and suggest optimizations for future campaigns.
• Support the sales and business development teams with creative decks and client pitch presentations.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, or digital account management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, social media tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is a plus.
