Role Overview

MoodScale is seeking a thoughtful, research-driven, and creative Content Strategist Intern to plan and shape content narratives for our digital platforms. This role focuses on strategy, brand voice, storytelling, and content planning that enhances engagement, awareness, and perception of MoodScale as a trusted mental wellness brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop a structured content strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital touchpoints.
• Plan and manage the content calendar, aligning posts with ongoing campaigns and brand objectives.
• Conduct research on mental health topics, user trends, and competitor content landscapes.
• Work closely with designers and marketing teams to translate ideas into high-quality posts, reels, newsletters, or blog topics.
• Craft compelling messaging themes, captions, and content guidelines that align with MoodScale’s brand tone and mission.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, creators, and wellness communities to support brand campaigns.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and storytelling frameworks.
• Strong writing and research skills—ability to convert raw ideas into structured narratives.
• Familiarity with social media trends (Instagram & LinkedIn), user psychology, and brand voice principles.
• Basic design awareness (Canva, Figma, or AI tools) to collaborate effectively with design teams
• Passion for mental wellness, emotional wellbeing content, or community-driven initiatives.
• (Preferred) Experience developing content strategies, blogs, campaigns, or social media roadmaps.
