Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Write compelling scripts for videos, ads, and multimedia content.
Conduct audience research and analyze content performance metrics.
Optimize content for SEO and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including ad copy and performance tracking.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams for consistent messaging.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging content formats.

Mandatory Skills

2-3 years in content/digital marketing.
Content strategy & editorial planning.
Strong writing & editing (blogs, social, email, web).
Social media management.
Basic SEO.
Understanding of funnels & campaign planning.

Good-to-Have Skills

Performance marketing coordination.
Email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Experience with B2B/B2C content.
Video scripts & reels strategy.
Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights).

Required Qualification

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or related field.

Required Certification

Certifications in Digital Marketing / Content Marketing (HubSpot, Google, etc.) – good to have.
