Content Strategist

As a Content Strategist Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading content initiatives across various digital platforms. Your expertise in content marketing, SEO, and audience engagement strategies will be instrumental in creating and managing content that drives traffic, builds authority, and converts audiences throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience. - Oversee the planning and production of various content formats including blogs, SEO articles, email campaigns, eBooks & guides, infographics, newsletters, podcasts, RSS feeds, social media content, video scripts & short-form videos, webinars, web page content, and speeches & presentations. - Conduct content audits and gap analyses to enhance user engagement and search visibility. - Collaborate with SEO, design, video, email, and social teams to ensure consistency and performance across all content. - Optimize content for search engines using keyword research, metadata, and on-page SEO techniques. - Monitor performance metrics such as organic traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions, and report on KPIs. - Manage and mentor a team of writers, designers, and freelance contributors. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in content marketing. - Proven success in building and scaling content strategies. - Deep understanding of SEO principles and content optimization. - Knowledge of email marketing, social media platforms like Reddit and Quora, and video platforms. - Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. - Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. - Project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
