Location: Bengaluru, India Department: Marketing / Sales Enablement Type: Full-time | Work From Office About The Role We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can bridge the gap between marketing and sales by crafting compelling content that drives deal velocity, improves sales readiness, and enhances the buyer experience. You will collaborate closely with our sales, pre-sales, and product marketing teams to develop sales enablement assets and high-impact client-facing presentations that resonate with decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Develop compelling sales content, including one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and customer-focused assets. Partner with sales leaders to understand prospect challenges and convert those insights into content strategies. Create tailored, industry-specific client presentations that support sales conversations and improve win rates. Maintain and update a centralized content library (including internal enablement and customer-facing assets). Collaborate with product marketing to align messaging with product updates and feature releases. Translate complex product or technical details into clear, benefit-focused narratives. Assist with internal sales communication initiatives, including product updates, newsletters, and internal enablement webinars. Track the performance of content assets and optimize based on sales feedback and usage analytics. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS content writing, with a focus on sales enablement or product marketing. Demonstrated ability to write and design engaging client presentations and persuasive sales collateral. Proven experience collaborating with sales or pre-sales teams. Ability to synthesize complex product information into engaging narratives. Proficiency in tools like Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva etc Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills. Self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Nice to Have Prior experience in a customer support, CX, or SaaS product company. Experience creating content for specific verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Travel.
