About the Role

Content Strategist

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee content strategy for marketing campaigns across video, social, and website.
Research audience insights and map content to the customer journey (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
Collaborate with video editors, designers, and social media team to maintain content consistency.
Optimize content for engagement, SEO, and conversion.
Analyze content performance and present actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of storytelling, marketing funnels, and audience psychology.
Excellent communication and writing skills (English required; Malayalam a plus).
Ability to work with creatives and drive timelines.
