What You Will Do

1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Build weekly and monthly content calendars across Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and website.
• Understand parents, kids, coaches and design content tailored to each audience group.
• Conceptualize storytelling formats – reels, parent stories, coach tips, kid journeys, memes, festival creatives, Sunday diary, etc.

2. Social Media Content Creation

• Write powerful, simple, emotional and engaging captions.
• Script high-performing reels (kids stories, match highlights, life lessons, day-in-life, behind-the-scenes).
• Convert raw videos from the ground into polished storytelling content (with editors).

3. Event & On-Ground Coverage

• Attend Sunday sessions, leagues, melas and shoot content aligned with MatchOn’s brand style.
• Capture parent testimonials, kids’ moments, drills, interviews, and real-time stories.
• Coordinate with photographers, editors, and designers for quick turnarounds.

4. Brand Building

• Maintain consistency in MatchOn’s tone of voice — warm, energetic, youthful, aspirational, parent-inclusive.
• Create content aligned with LTAD (Long-Term Athlete Development) philosophy.
• Support in building MatchOn melas, kids leagues, newsletters, and parent education content.

5. Digital Performance

• Track content performance and measure what works.
• Create insights on parent behaviour, youth engagement patterns, and local sports trends.
• Brainstorm with leadership on campaigns, community engagement and brand growth.

You Are a Great Fit If You Are…

• Passionate about sports, kids, or youth content.
• Someone who loves storytelling and can turn simple moments into powerful narratives.
• Strong in writing — English or Hinglish.
• Comfortable with shooting on phone & giving directions.
• Understanding of reels trends, editing basics, hooks, and attention patterns.
• Creative, proactive and hungry to build a brand from 0 to scale.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premier Pro or basic editing tools.
• Background in sports, fitness, parenting content or kids’ brands.
• Ability to act as a creator in front of the camera when required.
