Role Summary

Omega Wellness is seeking committed and detail-oriented volunteers to support our digital operations, research initiatives, and client-engagement processes. This role is ideal for individuals interested in mental health, counselling, behavioural sciences, or wellness services who wish to gain structured professional experience in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Support administrative and operational tasks including scheduling, documentation, and client coordination. Assist in preparing high-quality wellness and psychology-related content for digital platforms. Conduct structured research on mental health topics, behavioural patterns, and evidence-based practices. Help maintain community engagement across digital channels by responding to queries professionally and promptly. Contribute to internal process optimisation through feedback, ideas, and minor project support. Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional conduct at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong interest in psychology, mental health, or behavioural sciences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage tasks independently with a high level of accountability. Strong organisational and research skills. Professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centric mindset. Familiarity with social media platforms or documentation tools is a plus.
