Your responsibilities will include: - Researching, planning, and creating engaging content for various social media platforms. - Ideating and writing strong video hook lines to capture attention and enhance viewer retention. - Developing content strategies that align with marketing goals and brand tone. - Collaborating closely with video editors and the social media team to execute concepts effectively. - Actively participating in video shoots, podcasts, and reels by guiding clients or team members on tone, delivery, and on-camera communication. - Supporting the creative team during shoots by refining scripts, prompts, and expressions. - Monitoring content performance and recommending necessary improvements. - Keeping abreast of digital content trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelors degree in a related field. - Proven experience in content writing, editing, or content management, with agency experience being preferred. - Strong skills in writing, storytelling, and creative thinking. - Ability to communicate confidently and guide clients and team members during video shoots. - Willingness to appear in podcasts or short videos if necessary. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Passion for social media trends, storytelling, and brand communication.
