Role Overview: We re looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager who can craft compelling narratives, build a robust content strategy, and engage our target audience effectively. This role is pivotal in driving our thought leadership, generating leads, and nurturing customer relationships through content. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify and prioritize key themes, topics, and formats based on industry trends and audience needs. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, webinars, and videos tailored for a B2B SaaS audience. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and conveys complex ideas clearly. SEO and Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings. Continuously analyze and optimize content performance. Content Distribution: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to distribute content across relevant channels, including email campaigns, social media, and the company website. Manage partnerships for guest posts, co-branded content, and thought leadership pieces. Performance Metrics: Measure and report on content effectiveness using analytics tools. Track KPIs such as engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. What We re Looking For: Proven Experience: 4+ years in content marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS. Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content. Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of inbound marketing, buyer journeys, and lead nurturing. SEO Expertise: Hands-on experience with SEO tools and content optimization. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and measure content success. Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams. Creative Problem-Solving: A knack for presenting technical concepts in an engaging and approachable way. Preferred Skills: Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo. Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to create basic visual content.
