It involves social media, events - both online and offline, competitions, newsletters etc. Ideal candidate is a creative person who loves to engage with people and create value through events and content. You understand both people and social media very well. You are hands-on; you take initiative and get things done with minimal supervision. You can use AI and various tools to produce high-quality content. You are self-reliant and not dependent on the "team. " You come up with initiatives, own them, and execute them. Social Media - Content Ideas, Content Creation and Handling Social Media pages Events - Conduct online and offline events, competitions, talks etc. Content - Work on Email Marketing, Newsletters etc. Monitor post-performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights to refine content strategy. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online brand reputation. Generate reports with insights and recommendations for growth and engagement.
