Role & responsibilities Market Research and Analysis: - Conducts extensive research to understand market trends, audience behaviour, and media consumption patterns. Team Leadership: Lead a team of communication professionals, PR persons, content writer providing guidance and ensuring the successful execution of communication initiatives. Audience Segmentation: - Identifies and segments target audiences based on demographics, psychographics, and behavioural data. - Creates detailed audience personas to tailor media strategies effectively. Media Planning: - Develops comprehensive media plans that outline where, when, and how communication will be delivered to target audiences. - Selects appropriate media channels (e.g., TV, radio, print, digital, social media, out-of-home) to achieve campaign objectives. - Balances reach, frequency, and cost-effectiveness to maximize the impact of communications done Campaign Execution and Coordination: - Collaborates with creative teams (video and graphics), content writers, event managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of communication strategies. - Coordinates the deployment of communication materials across various channels. Performance Tracking and Optimization: - Uses analytics tools to track the performance of media campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs). - Analyses campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize media strategies in real-time. Reporting and Insights: - Prepares detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and insights. - Provides actionable recommendations for future campaigns based on data-driven analysis. Staying Updated with Trends: - Keeps abreast of the latest trends and innovations in media, advertising technology, and citizen behaviour. - Continuously seeks new opportunities and channels to enhance media strategies. Collaboration and Communication: - Works closely with central teams (e.g., communications, marketing, creative) and project teams to ensure cohesiveness - Communicates media plans and performance insights clearly to stakeholders.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Proficient in English and Marathi Holds 9 years of Experience Perks and benefits
