Job Description

Role & responsibilities Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Add and edit user-friendly content on our client's Drupal CMS platform. 2. Publish high-quality content that aligns with the client's brand tone and engages our target audience. 3. Understand JIRA and pick up content entry tasks that are assigned daily for JIRA tickets. 4. Collaborate with the design and development teams to improve website functionality and user experience. 5. Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows best practices. 6. Monitor and update content to ensure it remains current and relevant. 7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to content management. 8. Work directly with the Client's point of contact in the US to understand the workload. 9. Provide crisp and clear updates on the status of work over emails, Teams, and/or calls. 10. Work with a few hours of overlap with US clients on the east coast. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field. 2. 1-3 years of experience in content management or a similar role. 3. Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (Drupal is recommended). 4. Understand content types, template and components, site structure set up 5. Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills. 6. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with SEO best practices. 2. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). 3. Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Preferred candidate profile
