We are seeking an experienced Content Lead to lead content creation and strategy efforts, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and audience needs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, a keen understanding of audience engagement, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Content Creation : Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, websites, emails, and social media. Develop creative and compelling content tailored to target audiences and aligned with the brands voice. Content Strategy : Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and design teams to develop and implement content strategies. Conduct content audits and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on content trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies. Research & Thought Leadership : Conduct in-depth research to produce well-informed and authoritative content. Create thought leadership pieces showcasing industry insights and trends. Editing & Quality Control : Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, is error-free, and adheres to deadlines. Maintain high standards for grammar, structure, and style. Team Handling : Must have team handling experience. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 6+ years of professional content writing or editing experience. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush). Experience in pharmaceutical industry will be preferred. Strong research skills and the ability to grasp complex topics quickly. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
