Job Description

Content Creator cum Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

Create & execute engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms
Conceptualize, script, and shoot, edit
video content
(Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.)
Coordinate product shoots and lifestyle content in-office or on-location
Manage daily posting, stories, and DMs across all social handles
Monitor insights and trends to optimize performance & engagement
Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align brand messaging
Maintain monthly content calendars & campaign timelines

Requirements

12 years of experience in social media & content creation
Must be
proficient in mobile shooting & professional shoot setup.
Strong command over tools like
CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Suite
Comfortable
facing the camera
and creating influencer-style content
Good understanding of Instagram trends, hashtags & audience engagement
Strong communication skills in
English & Hindi
Familiarity with
AI tools
for content creation (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, D-ID, Runway, etc.)
A natural interest in Ayurveda, beauty, wellness, or organic living is a bonus
