Content Creator As a Content Creator at TripFactory, your primary responsibility would be to craft compelling and engaging content that enhances the brand's online presence and resonates with the travel community. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing and design teams to develop content strategies that drive user engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities Content Development : Produce high-quality written and visual content, including blog posts, travel guides, social media posts, and promotional materials. Social Media Management : Manage and grow TripFactory's presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn by creating and scheduling engaging posts.LinkedIn+1LinkedIn+1 SEO Optimization : Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Video Content Creation : Collaborate with the video editing team to produce engaging video content that showcases travel experiences and destinations.LinkedIn+1Indeed India+1 Performance Analysis : Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.LinkedIn+8Indeed India+8Holidays by TripFactory+8 Qualifications & Skills Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Experience : 1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role. Technical Skills : Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Creativity : Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities to produce engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice. Location - Siliguri, West Bengal.
