About the Role:

The Branding Studio - a fast-growing creative marketing and performance-driven agency - is looking for a versatile Content Creator who can write compelling content, confidently appear on camera, manage social media, and coordinate shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Writing & Ideation
• Research industry trends, competitors, and topics for creating relevant & high-performing content.
• Write scripts, captions, hooks, content outlines, and creative concepts for reels, ads, and brand campaigns.
• Brainstorm fresh ideas and content formats across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• On-Camera Performance (UGC/Brand Videos)
• Act as a model/actor for UGC-style videos, brand ads, explainer videos, and reels.
• Present information clearly and confidently while maintaining brand tone and personality.
• Shoot & Social Media Coordination
• Coordinate with models, videographers, editors, and internal teams to execute shoots smoothly.
• Assist in directing shoots and ensuring the creative vision is met.
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms for brand clients.
• Ensure brand consistency across all content pieces.
• Stay updated with digital trends, viral formats, platform updates, and best-performing content styles.
• Identify new formats and creative opportunities for brand growth.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a similar role (agency experience preferred).
• Strong research and content writing skills — especially for reels, ads, and short-form video formats.
• Confident on camera with good communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to coordinate shoots and collaborate with models, creators, and videographers.
• Understanding of hooks, storytelling, reels trends, UGC formats, and brand tone.
• Basic understanding of content creation and social media aesthetics
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of scriptwriting and content planning.
• Experience with basic editing tools, Canva, or creative brainstorming.
