What you’ll do

A content creator drives holistic storytelling programs for brands, coupling hands-on content creation with performance tracking and strategic recommendations. You’ll help shape brand narratives across digital platforms with measurable impact.


Key idea

An ideal role for someone deeply interested in brand storytelling, digital communication, and creative media. Your day would be filled with ideation, scripting, production, and collaboration. If you love crafting narratives through words, visuals, and motion—this role is for you.


Alongside creative execution, this position also involves building structured content databases, researching trends, and documenting outcomes. You’ll be expected to record and evaluate campaign results, coordinate updates with the internal team, and ensure all insights are systemically captured—making this a creative yet operationally-driven content role.


We’re ideally looking for someone who understands content: not just formulating strategies, but understand its creation, relevancy and impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and report on BAU content and major storytelling campaigns for consultancy clients.
  • Maintain brand voice and narrative consistency across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with research, design, and marketing teams to deliver integrated brand communication.
  • Present content concepts, performance insights, and effectiveness reports to senior stakeholders for strategy alignment and refinement.


This role involves commitment. It is like growing a brand from scratch. Envisioning your tasks- they would involve: research, plan (strategy), communication (internal and external), execute.


Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in content creation tools

    such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut/Premiere Pro, Canva, and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and performance KPIs

    (reach, engagement rate, retention, conversion).
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI tools

    for ideation, captioning, visual enhancement, or trend analysis.
  • Ability to

    plan, produce, edit, and publish

    engaging Instagram content (Reels, carousels, stories).
  • Familiarity with

    content scheduling, analytics dashboards, and audience tracking tools

Qualifications:

  • A person who

    loves ownership and creative control

    , with a builder’s mindset for crafting and scaling content strategies.
  • Comfortable with the

    dynamic, fast-paced nature of a startup

    ; prior startup experience preferred.
  • Experience in

  • 2–4 years of experience
