Content Creator

We are seeking a visionary and detail-driven Content Creator with a deep understanding of video content, performance marketing, and personal branding. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with strategy and thrives in producing compelling, trend-setting content. You’ll be responsible for crafting and leading the creative direction across video formats, ensuring all content aligns with client goals and platform trends.

The Charter Will Include:

• Lead the creative process—from ideation to execution—across video content and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with performance marketers to develop video content that drives lead generation, engagement, and brand building.
• Review, refine, and proofread scripts and concepts to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Craft and direct personal branding videos, offering creative input and ensuring the tone, flow, and delivery match the subject’s voice and goals.
• Work closely with editors, cinematographers, and copywriters throughout the production lifecycle to ensure high-quality output.
• Think visually and conceptually to turn everyday content into high-performing social media assets.
• Stay current with video trends, formats, hooks, and viral concepts—especially on platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Push creative boundaries by experimenting with new formats, storytelling styles, and editing techniques.
• Ensure collaboration and clear communication across design, copy, and video teams to meet timelines and creative standards.
• Understand and apply different brand voices across content, ensuring alignment with strategy and audience expectations.

Ideal Persona:

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation with a strong emphasis on video and digital storytelling.
• Solid understanding of video production, editing workflows, and the ability to give direction on-set or remotely.
• Comfortable working with performance marketers, understanding hooks, CTAs, and conversion-driven creative strategies.
• Skilled in scripting, storyboarding, and conceptualizing content for different platforms and formats.
• Strong eye for aesthetics—camera angles, pacing, editing style, and narrative flow.
• Proficient at collaborating with editors, designers, and marketing strategists to bring ideas to life.
• Capable of guiding junior creators and taking ownership of end-to-end content execution.
• Deep consumer of online video content with the ability to reverse-engineer trends and adapt them creatively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about storytelling and building powerful visual brands.
• Bonus: Experience working with influencers, founders, or business leaders on personal branding; or someone actively building their own online presence.

I need someone who doesn't just follow directions—but owns the creative strategy end-to-end.”

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
