About the Role

We are looking for a skilled LinkedIn Content Creator who can build a strong personal and company brand presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing, content strategy, and lead generation.

Your primary responsibility will be to increase our profile visibility, improve engagement, and drive high-quality inbound leads through effective LinkedIn content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a consistent LinkedIn content strategy.
• Create high-quality posts, captions, carousels, and short-form content.
• Increase profile visibility and organic reach for both personal and company pages.
• Monitor analytics and optimize content based on performance insights.
• Write engaging and industry-relevant content to boost interactions.
• Manage posting schedules and maintain content consistency.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and branding activities.
• Generate inbound leads through strategic content placement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a LinkedIn Content Creator or Social Media Marketer.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm and best practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging, professional, and high-performing content.
• Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva or similar).
• Understanding of personal branding and B2B content tone.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in LinkedIn marketing (preferred).
