Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop innovative and captivating content for social media platforms, especially focusing on short-form video content (Reels) for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc. Video Production & Editing: Record, edit, and enhance videos using various editing tools and software to produce high-quality Reels. Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges, and viral content formats to ensure relevance and engagement. Brand Alignment: Create content that aligns with the brands voice, aesthetics, and objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and strategize content plans. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement. Scripting & Storyboarding: Develop scripts or concepts for videos, ensuring clear messaging and visual storytelling. Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, engaging with followers, and scheduling posts. * Proven experience as a Content Creator with a strong portfolio of Reels or short-form video content. * Proficiency in video editing tools. * Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities. * Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for content optimization. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
