About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented *Content Creator* with a strong background in health and wellness content. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating engaging content for Instagram, leveraging automation tools (like ManyChat), and developing strategies to boost audience engagement and brand presence. This role also requires the ability to review and ensure quality of content edited by external or in-house editors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and informative content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) with a focus on health and wellness topics.
• Social Media Management: Ideate, plan, and execute creative campaigns tailored for Instagram and other social platforms.
• Automation Tools: Set up and manage automation tools (e.g., ManyChat, chatbots) to streamline customer engagement and lead generation.
• Content Review: Review, proofread, and provide feedback on content edited by editors to ensure accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.
• Content Strategy: Research trends, brainstorm innovative ideas, and align content with brand objectives and campaigns.
• Community Engagement: Build and engage with our online community, responding to comments, DMs, and queries to foster brand trust.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor analytics, track performance, and recommend improvements to maximize reach and engagement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in *Instagram content creation* (posts, reels, stories).
• Strong understanding of *health and wellness content creation* (nutrition, fitness, lifestyle).
• Hands-on experience with *automation tools* (ManyChat or similar).
• Ability to *review, proofread, and refine content* edited by others for brand consistency and quality.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to ideate and execute content strategies that align with brand goals.
• Familiarity with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar) is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
