Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Reel/Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) and be able to create engaging, aesthetic, and viral-worthy content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).

Stay updated with social media trends, viral challenges, and trending audio to create relevant content.

Collaborate with the marketing/brand/design teams to align content with brand voice and campaigns.

Manage end-to-end production from ideation, script/storyboarding, shooting, to editing.

Optimize content for engagement, reach, and virality.

Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts.

Analyze performance metrics and refine content strategies accordingly.

Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS), lifestyle, product-focused, and event-related reels.

Requirements

Proven experience in creating reels/short-form video content (portfolio/links required).

Basic knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling.

Ability to shoot using smartphones, DSLRs, or mirrorless cameras.

Passion for social media trends, storytelling, and creative expression.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Photography skills.

Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Experience with influencer marketing or social media management.

Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization for platforms.
