Full-time | In-house (Calicut) / Hybrid 2+ years of experience At Brunch, we believe that talent, passion, and fearless creativity are the key ingredients for exceptional work. We’re looking for a full-time, in-house/hybrid Writer with strong writing and research skills to join our team. In this role, you’ll craft and refine content across multiple formats—web, video, social media, and print. Working closely with designers and strategists, you’ll help shape brand narratives that leave a lasting impact. Your process will involve deep research to fully understand each client’s industry, products, services, branding, and marketing. What You’ll Do: Play a key role in shaping and articulating brand voices across industries—collaborating with strategists and designers to craft foundational narratives, tone of voice, and content frameworks that drive long-term brand value. Lead the development of brand content across formats, from brand stories and website copy to key messaging and naming—ensuring consistency, clarity, and creative integrity across all touchpoints. Present the entire creative plan for any campaign or narration of any script to clients on any brand. Report to the Creative Lead who will provide overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or other creative tasks. Work closely with designers to ensure that every concept is brought to life with visual storytelling that complements and elevates the written narrative. Work on revisions on all tasks based on internal or external feedback and set practical, realistic timelines that allow time for ideation and finesse while meeting client goals. Carry out in-depth research about the brand, its competition, and its audience to ensure you're aligned with the brand’s evolving needs at all times. What You Bring: Strong creative thinking and storytelling instincts with a strategic mindset. Ability to develop and propose value-driven brand strategies and creative narratives that resonate across channels. A passion for brand building—understanding not just what makes great copy, but what makes a brand memorable. Knowledge of cultural and industry trends, with an eye on innovation and differentiation. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
