About The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Content Co-ordinator / Content Operations Manager

to oversee and streamline the end-to-end content operations process. The ideal candidate will ensure all content produced across multiple brands and formats maintains consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of content production — managing workflows, schedules, deadlines, publishing, and communication.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all content-related coordination between internal teams and external agencies.
  • Conduct first-level quality checks and proofreading across various content formats (static creatives, carousels, videos, mailers, infographics, one-pagers, brochures, PPTs, websites, thumbnails, social media captions, etc.) to ensure accuracy, tone, and compliance.
  • Review design consistency and formatting across brands and dimensions.
  • Ensure all designs and content comply with regulatory standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets and publishing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs, approvals, and feedback for deliverables.
  • Circulate approved content via internal communication channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.) to teams, partners, and clients.
  • Assist in basic content creation for topical, campaign-based, and occasion-specific posts (including festival greetings).
  • Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely publication.
  • Optimize content workflows and oversee content distribution channels.
  • Maintain and organize content repositories and CMS for easy access and reuse.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in content coordination, operations, or management — preferably in the Mutual Fund / Investment domain.
  • Strong understanding of brand tone, compliance requirements, and financial communication.
  • Excellent proofreading, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders (internal & external).
  • Familiarity with content management systems and publishing workflows.
