Content & Branding Strategist

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and perceptive Content & Branding Strategist to help shape and elevate the voice of Mr n Mrs Pet, India’s fastest-growing pet care brand.

We already have a creative team producing great content; what we need now is a strategic mind who can step back, see the bigger picture, and guide us on what stories we should be telling and where.

This role is about crafting a brand identity that feels human, warm, and unmistakably ours. You will align storytelling, tone, and visual language across every platform, including Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, emailers, campaigns, and community conversations.

What You’ll Do

Brand Voice & Strategy

• Define and document the tone, personality, and voice of Mr n Mrs Pet across all content formats and channels.
• Create a long-term content strategy that connects emotional storytelling with measurable brand goals.
• Ensure every communication piece, whether it’s a social post, ad copy, or campaign, sounds consistent, authentic, and on-brand.

Content Direction & Planning

• Partner with creative, design, and marketing teams to plan content calendars, campaign ideas, and storytelling frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to connect with our audience through trends, conversations, and moments that matter.
• Develop narratives that highlight our purpose of building happier lives for pets and pet parents.

Brand Development

• Ensure visual identity, photography, and video content reflect the same brand emotion and story.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to create campaigns that bring brand values to life in a playful yet premium, warm yet credible way.
• Evolve the brand’s messaging as we expand into new verticals, products, and markets.

Research & Insights

• Analyze engagement data, audience behavior, and market trends to refine brand storytelling and positioning.
• Keep track of competitors and global pet brands for inspiration, differentiation, and innovation.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.
• Mentor content creators and guide them to align their tone and messaging with the broader brand vision.

Who You Are

• 2-5 years of experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or creative direction, ideally with consumer or lifestyle brands.
• A storyteller at heart who can balance strategy with creativity.
• Someone who believes brand tone is not just about words but about emotion, trust, and consistency.
• Excellent at connecting strategy to execution, defining the brand’s vision, and crafting engaging campaigns.
• A deep thinker who understands how audiences engage differently on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
• A pet lover or someone who genuinely connects with the idea of making pet care smarter, warmer, and more joyful.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
