About Cosy Cosy brings fresh food closer to people by growing it where they live, shop, and eat. We’re building small-scale farm systems for societies, cafes, and stores, letting people see , smell , and pluck their food. We’re a young brand, built in India, with a big vision: to reconnect people with the food they eat, and build trust through transparency and experience. We’re early, hands-on, and building everything from the ground up. What You’ll Do This isn’t a post scheduler role. You’ll be the first person shaping how Cosy shows up online visually, emotionally, and conversationally. You’ll: Capture everyday Cosy moments and turn them into stories (carousels, reels, posts) Build Cosy’s digital voice - warm, playful, and clear Create content across Instagram, LinkedIn, website and emailers Collaborate across all teams to translate vision into brand presence Grow an early community around food, freshness, and curiosity We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has a strong sense of taste - you follow great brands, notice design, and care about how things feel Can write naturally - short, sharp, and human Can shoot/edit using basic tools (your phone, CapCut, Canva, Figma - whatever works) Can turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping content Is self-taught, self-driven, and excited to build something from scratch Bonus If You: Have your own creative page or side project Have grown a page or worked on a small brand before Are curious about food systems, sustainability, or storytelling Use AI or other creative tools to work faster and smarter Role Details: Type: Full-Time (part-time can be discussed ) Location: Mumbai, Goregoan East Compensation: Based on experience - we’re early but generous with growth Start Date: ASAP How to Apply: Send an email to krishang@cosyfarmers.in with: A short note about why this role feels like a good fit for you right now Share 2-3 samples of your work (visuals, content, writing - anything that reflects your style) This is not just a marketing job.
