As a Client Service Representative at Ameriprise India LLP, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients and advisors. Your primary responsibilities will involve addressing service issues, resolving high-level problems, and providing guidance on account-related queries in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Be the first point of contact for service-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and enter complex service requests into appropriate systems - Educate clients and advisors on new services, systems, or procedures to enhance self-service capabilities - Process complex service transactions initiated through web-based or paper forms using computer applications to meet service goals - Interact directly with customers via inbound/outbound phone calls to provide immediate solutions and enter accurate information into the system - Collaborate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss process updates, operational issues, and identify improvement opportunities Qualifications Required: - Graduate/post-graduate in finance/commerce/business management/operations discipline - Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience - Strong written and spoken communication skills - Ability to explain complex policies or concepts in a clear and concise manner - Excellent customer service skills About Our Company: Ameriprise India LLP has a 125-year legacy of providing client-based financial solutions globally.
