Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contact Center SME with a strong background in banking and contact center solutions The ideal candidate should possess excellent business and techno-functional skills, with experience in managing RFP processes and deploying CRM solutions Key Responsibilities: Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) Manage stakeholders effectively and present solutions using PowerPoint Lead end-to-end RFP processes including preparation, issuance, scoring, and vendor evaluations Conduct vendor demos, review submissions, and provide recommendations Drive contact center solution deployments within the banking sector Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for successful project delivery Preferred Skills & Experience: Banking experience with a focus on contact center solutions Experience with Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365 for contact centers Strong proficiency in English and PowerPoint presentation skills Solid understanding of techno-functional concepts with strong business acumen Experience in RFP documentation, scoring, and vendor evaluations w
