Job Summary We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with a day shift schedule. This role involves analyzing data providing insights and supporting our clients in making informed decisions to enhance their business operations. Responsibilities Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions. Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Assist in the development of project plans timelines and budgets. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of industry practices. Support the development of new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and preparing proposals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve complex business problems. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications Possess a deep understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain with relevant experience. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities. Show proficiency in using analytical tools and software. Have a proven track record of successful project management. Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Be adaptable to changing project requirements and client needs.
