Job Description

The Business Analyst plays a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into actionable solutions. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business objectives are effectively met through process improvements and technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholdersTranslate business needs into functional specifications, process maps, and user stories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and product to design and implement solutions
  • Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Support project planning, prioritization, and delivery of business initiatives
  • Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing, and solution validation
  • Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses as needed
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with organizational standards and methodologies

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Masters preferred)
  • Experience 6 to 8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles
  • Proven experience leading large or complex business transformation or IT projects
  • Experience with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • Experience in Automobile Deal Management Systems

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS VisioStrong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, SQL
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or digital transformation platforms such as SAP and Salesforce

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
