Process: Outbound Sales. Designation: Junior Consultant / Consultant Telesales Working Hours: 9.0 hrs Shift (Including 1 hr break) Working Days: 6 days working & 1 rotational week off Languages: Hindi (Mandatory), Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, English Below is the job description of the role - Negotiation and Closing : Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers - Target Oriented : Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. - Continuous Improvement : Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. - Follow ups: Following up with the customers We are looking for candidates who possess: 1. Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales deals. 2. Target Oriented: Never Give up sales attitude 3.
